A specialist offer
Medical care at sports stadiums
Helping stadiums and event venues bring crowd medical care up to the standard regulators now expect.

Medical care for crowds at sporting events now falls within the Health and Social Care Act and is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, alongside the safety role the Health and Safety Executive and local authorities already play. It means a venue's medical provision has to meet a defined standard: the right policies, the right training, and clinical rooms and equipment fit for purpose.
Some venues will contract a registered medical provider for every event. Others can't justify that cost match after match, and need to build their own provision properly. That is where I help.
Who it's for
- Sporting clubs and stadiums
- Event venues that host large crowds
- Safety officers and medical leads taking on new responsibility
- Venues building their own medical provision rather than contracting it out
How the four services apply
The same four ways of working, focused on one setting:
Governance, Compliance & Quality
Finding the gaps between what you have and what the standard asks for, developing the policies you're missing, and bringing your team, equipment and clinical spaces up to the required level.
Human-Centred Process Improvement
Looking at how care actually works on a match day: handovers between stewards, medical staff and the ambulance service, and where things break down under pressure.
Collaborative Events & Improvement Workshops
Bringing the club, the medical team, the safety advisory group and partners into one room to agree what good looks like and who does what.
Leadership Conversations
One-to-one support for the safety officer or medical lead who is carrying this responsibility, potentially for the first time.
What you get
- A clear picture of where you stand today
- Policies and procedures that are yours, and that people actually use
- A team, equipment and clinical spaces at the required standard
- Confidence going into an inspection
- Change done with your people, so it lasts
